Often I have heard the question, “Will drinking water help me lose weight?” well technically it does but that doesn’t mean that if you drink water all day you’re automatically going to lose a certain amount of weight. The way it works is, if you’re constantly drinking water instead of juice, soda, or some other type of high calorie drink, you are automatically eliminating lots of unnecessary calories off your daily life. I personally dislike the idea of only drinking an unflavored drink such as water all day long; water’s good, but not good enough to replace all the drinks you consume on a daily basis, that said, I recommend that you also consume drinks such as Vitamin Water, Propel, Diet Ice, and every once in a while, juice, it will give you vitamins that none of the past mentioned drinks will. This is not a weight loss program or some type of diet; it’s just a good way of showing you how to stay fit and at the same time to healthily lose weight. But that’s not everything, here I reveal to you a list of 21 things that every single person that is medically considered fit does :

1. Stay constantly drinking water or some type of vitamin and low-calorie drink.

2. Learn how to read a “Nutrition Facts” label, eat healthy.

3. Only eat what’s necessary to satisfy your “needs” not your “mood”, quit the over–night snacking.

4. Eat balanced meals, remember that even if it is a low-calorie meal, if you constantly eat it, the calories will add up, and so as your weight!

5. Try vitamin supplements if you feel like you’re not getting enough energy.

6. Stay active, eating well is the key but you also need fitness; exercise.

7. Keep track of everything you eat daily.

8. As long as you have fat you will not see any physical results, this is the reason why you should burn fat.

9. Once a week you should have an “unhealthy” meal, this will help you stay motivated, remember, once a week only.

10. Leave alcoholic drinks for special occasions only.

11. Being Fit is a privilege, don’t take it for granted.

12. Its better if you get used to this new healthy lifestyle, accompanied in the process by a friend or family member.

13. One of the reasons fit people actually stay fit, is because they are motivated by simple things like good music and new clothes. Try it.

14. Always work on progressing in your exercise routine. More intensity…more results.

15. Another good way to stay motivated is to constantly eye some fitness magazines; this is a great mind stimulus.

16. Fitness equipment is vital in a fit person.

17. Don’t compare bodies with anybody; work so that you feel good about your own body.

18. Measure your progress with the clothes you wear, not with digits.

19. Stay active every day, do some form of exercise when not able to go to the gym or to your jogging route.

20. Have an exercise routine.

21. Getting the right amount of sleep is crucial in a healthy person.
